What we do
Collect requests, check their quality, and distribute them to matching professionals — at most three per request.

Klusinbox brings a job request and a professional together. Below is — for professionals and for anyone requesting a job — exactly how that works and how we decide who gets to see a request, no fine print.
We are an intermediary. A consumer places a request on one of our trade sites; affiliated professionals take that request on to follow it up. We are not a party to the agreement that follows and we do not guarantee revenue or results.
Collect requests, check their quality, and distribute them to matching professionals — at most three per request.
Not a professionals directory. We show no public per-professional profile pages, so no one can bypass the intermediation and the requester stays protected.
From request to contact it is four steps.
A consumer describes the job on one of our trade sites, with location and details.
We check the request for quality; incomplete or invalid requests are dropped.
The request goes to at most three matching professionals nearby.
A professional buys the lead and contacts the requester directly.
First we determine who is eligible. These are thresholds, not weights — you meet them or you do not:
The request falls within the area the professional sets themselves (postcode and radius).
The requested service is one the professional offers.
Among the eligible professionals we determine the order with a weighted score. Exactly two things count — both about relevance and quality, neither of them for sale:
heaviest
The professional's average customer rating carries the most weight. No or too few ratings yet? We weigh neutrally — you are not disadvantaged.
then
Next comes how close a professional is to the request: closer means on site sooner.
To remove any doubt — we deliberately rule these out:
For the requester: your contact details only become visible to a professional the moment they buy the request — not before, and never to more than three professionals. Street, house number and surname stay shielded where possible until there is real contact.
For every assignment we record which parameters we used, so every distribution is traceable. Disagree with a distribution or match? We handle that free of charge through our complaints procedure; you get an answer from someone not involved in the original decision.
The legal side is set out in our Terms and conditions.
