Frequently asked questions
What does a lead cost?
You pay per lead with credits and always see the price up front. The price depends on the type of job and the region. As a new supplier you buy your first credit bundle with a starter discount, and your first lead is risk-free: invalid means credits back.
Do I have to take out a subscription?
No, there is no subscription. You buy credits per bundle and only pay for leads you choose yourself. Larger bundles have a lower price per credit.
How quickly can I start?
Signing up takes a few minutes. We verify your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration and proof of insurance within 1 working day; after that your account is active.
What happens with an invalid lead?
If a lead is unreachable, duplicate or falls outside your service area, you report it in the portal and get your credits back.
How many companies do I share a request with?
With at most 2 other companies. Every request goes to no more than 3 professionals.
Which jobs can I receive leads for?
